Just under a week ago, professional makeup artist Trixie was delighted to be asked to assist with model makeup for Betty Brown Boutique. The boutique is situated in the sought after location of Francis Street, Leicester and is open for ladies who are seeking occasion outfits with their own unique flair. Hats to compliment the beautiful dresses in this fashion photo shoot were the stunning creations of Rebecca Couture Millinery, based in Oakham, Leicestershire. Rebecca’s work has been featured in Tatler Magazine and these works of art really set off the ladies wear beautifully as you can see below, modelled by Chalis.
Trixie designed natural feeling makeup. Tonal hues were gorgeously soft with the accent being on silky soft skin mixed with complimentary light and tone to suit features. As the clothing was aimed at ladies day, day out, mother of the bride theme’s, the look was soft giving a cool cohesion with the dresses, so the overall look complimented the colour ways and styles.
Trixie prepped two models for this fashion photo shoot, Chalis, seen above and Svetlana seen below in navy detail dress and hat. Skin luminosity was infused into the skin using a layering process with a combination of high quality makeup products and a blush with inbuilt pearlescence to really pick up the light as the face moves. Flawless light reflecting skin was the desired and end result.
Trixie was delighted to be part of this lovely team of creatives and official photo’s will follow from Leicester based photographer Scott Choucino soon. In the meantime, here are some more behind the scenes pic’s from professional makeup artist Trixie, just for fun.
